Energy prices are changing

New customers

If you’re looking to sign up with us, we can’t wait to have you on board. Just note that our energy prices are changing soon. Here are a few things to note about our upcoming price changes. 

NSW, QLD or SA, market offers - electricity

• If you join on or before 31 May 2025, your prices will change on 1 July 2025. 

• If you join from 1 June to 30 June 2025 your prices will change on 1 August 2025. 

• If you join from 1 July 2025 you will be signing up to our new rates. 

VIC, market offers – gas and electricity

• If you join on or before 30 June 2025 your prices will change on 1 August 2025. 

• If you join from 1 July 2025 you’ll be signing up to our new rates.

NSW, QLD, SA or VIC, standing offer - electricity

• If you join on or before 30 June 2025 your prices will change on 1 July 2025. 

• If you join from 1 July 2025 you will be signing up to our new rates. 

• If you join in the 10 business days before 1 July, you'll be notified of your new rates when you sign up. All other customers will receive written notice before the new rates take effect.  

VIC, standing offer - gas

• If you join on or before 31 July 2025 your prices will change on 1 August 2025. 

• If you join from 1 August 2025 you’ll be signing up to our new rates. 

• If you join in the 10 business days before 1 August, you'll be notified of your new rates when you sign up. And all other customers will receive written notice before the new rates take effect.

Existing customers will be notified in advance of the new rates and charges.
