NSW, QLD or SA (market and standing offers)

• Your prices will change on 1 July 2024.

VIC, standing offer - electricity

• Your prices will change on 1 July 2024.

VIC, market offer - electricity and gas

• Your prices will change on 1 August 2024.

We’ll notify you before changing your rates and charges.

New customers

NSW, QLD or SA, market offers - electricity

• If you join on or before 31 May 2024, your prices will change on 1 July 2024.

• If you join from 1 June to 30 June 2024 your prices will change on 1 August 2024.

• If you join from 1 July 2024 you will be signing-up to our new rates.

VIC, market offers – gas and electricity

• If you join on or before 30 June 2024 your prices will change on 1 August 2024.

• If you join from 1 July 2024 you’ll be signing-up to our new rates.

NSW, QLD, SA or VIC, standing offer - electricity

• If you join on or before 30 June 2024 your prices will change on 1 July 2024.

• If you join from 1 July 2024 you will be signing-up to our new rates.

• If you join in the 10 business days before 1 July, you'll be notified of your new rates when you sign up. And all other customers will receive written notice before the new rates take effect. 

VIC, standing offer – gas

• If you join on or before 31 July 2024 your prices will change on 1 August 2024.

• If you join from 1 August 2024 you’ll be signing-up to our new rates.
